Catalog description
Introduction to the Army, basic Soldier skills, and the Profession of Arms. Examination of the Army Profession and what it means to be a professional in the U.S. Army. Development of basic knowledge and comprehension of the Army Leadership Requirements Model, while gaining a complete understanding of the purpose and advantages of the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) program in the Army. Development as an Army leader by learning to perform basic Soldier skills for survival in field environments. Includes a weekly facilitated lab by MS III Cadets supervised by MS IVs and cadre.
