Fundamental principles and techniques used in welding engineering and fabrication across industries. Theoretical and practical concepts required for high-quality fabrication including arc welding and solid-state welding methods, weldment design and analysis, inspection, and qualification to code. Direct application of material science, metallurgy, and mechanical design to weldability of engineering materials.
