Catalog description
An in depth study of the American legal system, including related social, political and economic factors in which business entities operate. Examine the the legal factors that influence the conduct of commerce, focusing upon the sturcture and operation of the American legal system, government regulation of business, and constitutional basis of the legal system. Topics include structure of the state and federal court system, constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law system, international law and trading system, business organizations, contracts, torts and product liability, intellectual property, and employment law.
