Data Management and Analysis in Health Sciences

Catalog description

This course will offer comprehensive understanding of four key elements: data management, statistical analysis, graphics, and reproducible reporting. The course is designed for advanced level health sciences students interested in management and analysis of health care data. By the end of the course, students will be able to create, import, clean and manage a dataset, perform basic analyses and visualize results, create customized graphics, and write dynamic reports. The course will use STATA as the analytical software.
