This lecture course is designed to familiarize the student with the structure, synthesis, and functions of antibodies; antigen-antibody interaction; cell-mediated and humoral immunity; hypersensitivity; autoimmunity; and immunologic diseases. The course also includes principles, procedures, application, and interpretation of immunologic techniques.
