, letter grade An advanced course, employing both lecture and discussion formats, that is designed to cover many of the important aspects of modern cellular and molecular immunology. Strong emphasis is placed on understanding the myriad of molecular interactions involved in the development, function, and regulation of the cells responsible for immune phenomena. By the supplemental reading of crucial journal and review articles, students are encouraged to examine and interpret recent experimental findings.
