General Research Elective

Catalog description

It is important to note that this elective cannot be used for the 8 weeks of independent research time required for the Research Distinction track, as it is to be used for fulfillment of academic credit. Goals: Independent research under the direction of an Identified faculty member Objectives: Identification of a specific research question to be addressed prior to enrolling in the elective. Completion of a written report summarizing the research conducted during the rotation. Additional project-specific objectives to be assigned by the faculty research mentor.
