Essential Craft Skills (ECS) Precision Assembly and Installation: Employees will learn reliability principles, machinery failure patterns, field techniques such as shop mathematics, precision measurement tools, proper application and adjustment of threaded fasteners, how motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes, and power transmission products function and fail, machine components: bearings, seals, gaskets, lubricants, pneumatic, and hydraulic fluid power systems.
