Training provides an in-depth view of a communication process model which customizes communication to fit specific customer needs; dramatically increase effective communication, decrease communication breakdowns and teach students the four basic behavioral styles, how to manage each, effective listening skills, and help to identify team strengths and opportunities for improvement as well as utilize role plays and activities to demonstrate the use of learned communication skills. 2 sessions
