Catalog description

Students will learn an efficient response level system for investigating abnormal events with an unsafe element that employees can implement for effective resolutions and a safer workplace. Students will be able to: recite the five key statements that set the foundation for accident investigation procedures, formulate the basic steps of an accident investigation, evaluate abnormal events to assess the impact and determine the appropriate response level, and implement the response level system.
