Catalog description

This course covers the basics of navigating the system and key concepts. This training is intended as pre-work for JDIS EQUIP Implementation Training or other detailed system training. Training includes terminology differences between JDIS Legacy and EQUIP, integration provided by EQUIP, how to log in, job specific menus, differences between customers and contacts, how to add a contact record, complete a smart search, purpose of a till, and how to access the Attendance Log program.
