The course builds on the knowledge and tools learned about in the Basic Drivetrain course including axle adjustments and when they should be performed, when to calibrate transmission controllers, how to diagnose transmission problems using the seven steps to trouble shooting, and procedures and adjustments for rebuilding an axle.
