This interactive course provides Leaders the background and skills necessary to lead mistake proofing efforts. Leaders will learn the Poka-Yoke principles to assist employees in solving problems on the floor. Training will focus on problem identification, root cause analysis, resolution, mistake proofing, reducing waste, and improved quality.
