This program provides students with the basic knowledge and skills necessary for Personal Computer (PC) support and maintenance. It prepares students for CompTIA A+ Essential’s part of the A+ certification process. It includes basic training in the areas of PC installations, preventative maintenance, networking, security, troubleshooting, motherboards, various drives, adapter cards, operating systems, and data communication software. This program provides a systematic approach towards PC diagnostics and troubleshooting using common industry standard diagnostic software.
