Pharmacy Clinical Practice

Catalog description

This course is designed for the Pharmacy Tech clinical student who has successfully completed the didactic, lab, certification portion of the Pharmacy Tech program. Students are assigned to at least two different types of experiential training sites and work under the supervision of a Louisiana licensed pharmacist in good standing, for a minimum of 400 hours. Prerequisite(s): Students must have successfully completed, with a grade of “C” or higher, in all PHAR courses ( PHAR 1001 , PHAR 1002 , PHAR 1003 , PHAR 1004 , PHAR 1010 , PHAR 1011 , PHAR 1020 ), qualification coursework, and meet all other program requirements.
