Intro to Mass Communication

This course introduces students to a survey of print, electronic and technological media that constitutes American mass communication. The history, issues, structures and practices of modern media are examined to determine the effect and role they have played in society. Students will examine and review newspapers, television, Internet, books, movies andother aspects of the mass media.
