Catalog description

The scope of this course will include discussions, demonstrations, and laboratory exercises performed in the clinical laboratory. Topics are specifically designed to familiarize students with the principles, procedures, and interpretation of techniques as applied in a clinical microbiology and mycology laboratory. Prerequisite(s): Successful completion of MLTS 100 , 101, MATH 110 or MATH 117 , ENGL 101 , BIOL 201 , BIOL 203 , BIOL 210 , and BIOL 211 with a grade of a C or better. Co-requisite(s): Concurrent enrollment in or successful completion of MLTS 201 .
