Designed to accompany FORS 280 , activities and exercises in FORS 282 will address the concepts presented in lecture which include proper courtroom demeanor, preparing for testimony, preparing case reports, testifying in a mock courtroom setting, evidence presentation and direct and cross examination. Prerequisite(s): Program Admission, FORS 100 w/ a C or better. Co-requisite(s): Concurrent enrollment in FORS 280 (lecture).
