Students are responsible for paying for travel expenses associated with this course. Introduction to sampling techniques in measuring renewable natural resources, such as trees, wood products, forest stands, wildlife and fisheries populations and water quality. Introduction to use of global information systems (GIS) and global positioning systems (GPS) applications in natural resource management.
