Introduction to bioinformatics with a focus on Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis. Students will learn and transcriptomics data analysis, including techniques like WGS, WES, RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, DNA methylation profiling, and muti-omics sequencing. They will also develop programming skills using R, Bioconductor, and Python for advanced NGS data analysis.
