no more than 8 sem. hrs. of credit may be earned in CHEM 2900 and CHEM 3900. By permission of the department. Course requires 3 hours of lab work per credit hour. Chemical research under the direction of chemistry faculty mentor. Requires an oral presentation and a report of research work in the format of scientific paper.
