Principles of agricultural meteorology and climatology with a focus on the interactions between atmospheric processes and agricutural systems; fundamental concepts of atmospheric composition, energy balance, soil and air temperature, humidity, precipitation, and their impacts on crop growth, soil health, and water management; analysis of meteorological and climatological data using python programming for agricutural applications; modeling climatic impacts on agriculture, assess risks from extreme weather events, and evaluate strategies for climate-smart agriculture.
