INTRODUCTION TO THE LCCC COMMUNITY

Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to welcome every student as a valuable member of LCCC’s campus community and to provide information and resources for degree completion. Class content will focus on skills for navigating the college environment, financial stability, and career pathways. Students will align their personal goals with one of LCCC’s career pathways and create an individualized academic wellness plan to guide their completion of courses, certificates, and degrees. Throughout the course, students will be asked to identify transferable skills and personal strengths and how they can be applied to future education, career, and community.
