This course is a survey of the field of industrial/organization psychology. It focuses on the application of scientific methods and psychological principles to industrial and organizational behavior. Topics include job analysis, selection, performance appraisal, motivation and job satisfaction, job related stress, group processes, leadership, organizational structure, and organizational culture.
