Catalog description

This course is an introduction to the theory, operation, and practical applications of solid state devices. Topics include diodes, bipolar junction transistors, amplifiers, field effect transistors, frequency response, thyristors, operational amplifiers, oscillators, and voltage regulators. Laboratory required. (A special fee will be assessed.) (TAG, MTAG)
