Catalog description

This course addresses the growth and development of young children from birth through age five, including physical, cognitive and social-emotional development. It presents major theories, principles, concepts and current research in child development. It emphasizes the role of play in developmental areas, as well as integration of children with and without disabilities, and family involvement. (A special fee will be assessed.)(CTAG, ITAG)
