This course will provide students with advanced knowledge of how to accurately report diagnoses and procedure codes through the application of official coding guidelines and the use of current year coding manuals. Students will learn to effectively identify, understand, and utilize medical codes as they will be applicable to physician reimbursement in the field of healthcare.
