Principles of Coaching

Catalog description

This course provides the student with a basic understanding of the theoretical and practical applications related to athletic coaching. Current issues and topics will include: addressing the principles and problems of the future coaches, developing a coaching philosophy, and strategies for personal and athletic development of athletes.
