Catalog description
This class provides a general overview of cloud computing and cloud security as well as hands-on work in the AWS cloud computing environment. Students will gain managerial insights in cloud computing and also complete hands-on labs that manipulate and configure primary cloud systems in AWS. Emphasis is on applying and securing information systems in the cloud. Prerequisite(s): ISCS 371 or CMSC 360 ; or permission of instructor Corequisite(s): None
