Directed Teaching in Early Childhood Education

Catalog description

Student teaching is a culminating 10-week application-based teaching experience. Preservice teachers will be placed in two settings for 5 weeks each. In each placement, the preservice teacher will design, implement, and assess student learning. The cooperating teacher and university supervisor will serve as facilitators to help ensure student success. (C or better is required in all ECED courses.) Course fee: $300.
