Ethical Issues in Data Science

This course considers the social impact of ethical considerations in data science, examined through the lens of multiple ethical theories. Topics include the ethical examination of the storage and dissemination of data, and the necessary data security issues that may arise; the introduction of biases-intentional or not-related to automated protocols; and the need for transparency.
