This course provides an overview of crime, criminal justice, and mental health. Specific topics to be covered include the link between mental disorders and criminal behavior, the link between mental disorders and victimization, and the interactions with, experiences of, and regulation of the mentally ill in the criminal justice system. Prerequisite(s): CRIM 100
