Catalog description

1-3 credits The study of current topics in biology through reading and discussion of the primary literature. This course will emphasize advanced critical analysis and the integration of knowledge in the chosen field to the broader scientific context. May be repeated for credit when the topic changes. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 288 with a minimum grade of C- and MATH 301 , or permission of instructor. Additional prerequisites may be recommended, depending on the topic. Corequisite(s): None.
