Catalog description

This graduate course considers a range of topics that are of concern to both psychologists and members of the legal profession including 1) psychological assessment of competency, malingering, and criminal responsibility, 2) jury selection process and jury decision making, and 3) psychological treatment for crime victims and perpetrators. Critical thinking skills will be developed in this course.
