Catalog description

A consideration of the principles of psychometric theory. Issues of test construction, validity and reliability are discussed. Principles of administration, scoring and interpretation of the Stanford-Binet, the Wechsler series, and a survey of personality inventories, occupational tests and neurocognitive tests are covered. Cultural differences related to test biases and performances are covered. Three hours lecture; one hour laboratory. Must be a student in the Doctoral Psychology program
