The Theoretical Basis of Advanced Practice Nursing

Catalog description

The purpose of the course is to provide students with an in-depth examination of conceptual nursing and behavioral models applicable to advanced practice nursing. The course includes the discussion and comparison of various theoretical models from nursing and other disciplines with a major focus on their relevance and application to nursing practice, research and theory development. A corequisite of NUR 630 is required.
