Capstone Project

Catalog description

PA students will select material previously learned in the PA studies curriculum to complete a Capstone project. This project fulfills the partial requirement for the Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies. The student will formulate a Capstone project and complete research on a clinical or professional topic of interest. The student will utilize techniques learned in Research Methods I and II, and Introduction to Medical Literature in the didactic year for the completion of the Capstone Project. Prerequisites: Successful completion of the didactic year of the Physician Assistant Studies curriculum. The pre-requisites of MS 504C, 508B, 511, 512, 513 and 514 are all required.
