Catalog description
This course presents the marketing strategy concept as a management tool for optimizing profitability and long-term goals under uncertainty. It focuses on the marketer's deployment of resources to achieve stated goals in a competitive environment by following a unified, comprehensive, and integrated plan. Topics include environmental scanning, marketing opportunity and performance analysis, competitive forces analysis, brand positioning and management, optimal pricing, and distribution. Pre-requisite of MKT 201 is required.
