Catalog description

This course is designed to impart the concepts and the practical aspects of a collection of computer technologies that support managerial decision- making. These technologies, called business analytics and business intelligence, have had a profound impact on corporate strategy, performance management, and competitiveness. Topics covered include: business intelligence, analytics and decision support, data warehousing, business reporting, visual analytics, big data analytics, business analytics, and emerging trends and future directions. Pre-requisite of GBA 512 is required.
