This course presents the process of managing as a rational and orderly activity leading to optimal results. Salient topics given special emphasis are environmental opportunities and constraints, entrepreneurship, planning and control, formal organization structure, the multidimensionality of organizations, individual and interpersonal behavior, and executive decision making. The pre-requisite of BUS 201 is required.
