examines the complex and encompassing ways in which people differ, including examining the primary dimensions (age culture/ethnicity/race, language, gender, physical abilities and sexual orientation) and secondary dimensions (education, geographical location, income, marital status, parental status, religion and work experience) that formulates in many instances the view of cultural diversity. The pre-requisite of HRM 722 or MAN 722 is required.
