Catalog description
A survey of federal and state laws affecting the conduct of parties in a bargaining relationship. Factors in the bargaining process, strategy and tactics, principles and specifics of contract clauses, and administration and enforcement of the collective bargaining agreement are examined. MBA: Pre-requisite of GBA 512 or MBA 613 is required. MS in HRM: Co-requisite of HRM 722/MAN 722 is required.
