Catalog description

This course focuses on the key concepts in project management, such as the project life cycle, process management, roles and responsibilities of a project manager, organizational structures, program and portfolio management, and the use of various management techniques. The course facilitates a collaborative and active learning approach in a "hands-on" environment. Students "learn by doing" through the development of a project feasibility proposal based on a case study of an international organization. In order to register for this course, the student must be an active member of the Global College Student Group.
