Catalog description
An exploration of the theory of capital budgeting and risk management of long-term funds. Topics include measurement of cash flows, criteria of investment desirability, effects of taxes and inflation, risk analysis, cost of capital and capital structure, lease analysis, capital rationing, multicriteria capital budgeting, and linear programming. The pre-requisites of GBA 516 and ACC 501/GBA 510 or equivalent are required.
