Accounting for Business Majors

Catalog description

This course is a survey of financial and managerial accounting for majors other than accounting. The course includes an overview of accounting responsibilities of the manager, including budgeting and decision-making. In addition, the course covers accounting procedures, preparation and the interpretation of financial statements and the need and procedures for internal controls. Pre-requisite: BUS 201; Co-requisite: BUS 209
