Catalog description

This lecture-based course continues building on concepts learned in Pathology I, with an overview of disease in organbased systems. There is particular emphasis on anatomic pathology, clinical manifestations, disease screening, and current allopathic treatment options in order for students to recognize disease patterns encountered in their patients. The immunologic underpinnings of many diseases as well as the bodys response is a recurrent theme in this course
