Catalog description

This course introduces students to epidemiological principles and methodologies relevant to nutritional epidemiological research, public nutrition study, and nutrigenetics/nutrigenomics. Upon course completion, students will be capable to identify epidemiological methods based on study objectives, evaluate the quality of epidemiological studies, and demonstrate general understanding of nutrient-gene interactions in the context of disease management and health promotion.
