Catalog description

This course explores the proper use of imaging guidelines for musculoskeletal injury. Introduction to trauma to the spine, upper extremity, lower extremity, pediatric injury, skull and thorax. Calcification subcategories with a focus on physiologic calcification; vascular/hematologic/peripheral vascular disease will also be addressed. The spectrum of diagnostic imaging technologies and proper utilization will be reinforced.
