Catalog description

This course will focus on normal radiographic anatomy of the skull, spine, and appendicular skeleton as seen on planar radiographs. Introduction of bone development to maturity, function of the epiphysis, metaphysis, apophysis, and diaphysis. The introduction of marrow changes, cortical and trabecular bone, periosteum, and endosteum will also be covered. Regional soft tissue anatomy will be presented. Fundamental concepts of radiography and image production will be addressed.
