Catalog description

This course offers instruction in the areas of scene and costume design. This course will explore the use of design theory to visually define the characters and environments of a play. Students will further their ability to analyze a script and learn to develop a concept and related visual style. They will identify and engage in appropriate research for a variety of designs. Students will also learn to articulate and support their design choices during class presentations. Prerequisite: TA 21400 . Corequisite: TA 32003 .
